Feedback for Comm100

Integrating the support with SMS would be a big plus. This way you can get a message, then send a response via sms. A natural path in my opinion. No client needed. This would be a great feature.

Please remove the @ in Facebook Messenger because it makes the chat look messy and very robotic when we are talking with our customers. Very Urgent!!

longer pop up notification, atleast 10 seconds and add alert sounds so a unique alert sound can be added.
