Feedback for Comm100

Integrating the support with SMS would be a big plus. This way you can get a message, then send a response via sms. A natural path in my opinion. No client needed. This would be a great feature.

longer pop up notification, atleast 10 seconds and add alert sounds so a unique alert sound can be added.
