LOL 4 YEARS, to address this lol, I already changed from chat provider, I use SalesIQ now.

at comm100 they do not know what emoji, smartphone, ios, or android are. they are just focused on PC's they haven't update the mobile app in years, so there is more chance to get strucked by a thunder 2 times in a row, than they would update the mobile app, not to mention the poor communication between developers in china and canada,.... anyways No way Jose. try livechat, or intercom, or even tawk.to

there is no support for emoji on iOS APP. the chat app looks outdated.

Emoji add in or plug in like Outlook's version would be great as majority of our clients access chat via mobile - having emojis would make chat more personal and enhance the experience!
