Just wondering by default the ‘Manage My Profile’ is on (ticked), is it possible to default it off as the customer has couple hundred user accounts we need to untick.

Hi this was a misunderstanding. The request is when a new permission / functionality is rolled out we as a client would like to choose if our agents are given the permission as default or not. I'm not sure this is the correct platform for this request?
