there should be a never ending chat, like tidio chat, where users can see past chat sessions, and if you hit the close button, it should just minimize the chat not end it.

Just want to let you know that we have asynchronous messaging in our Ticketing & Messaging which allows you to offer round-the-clock service and let your customers reply according to their own schedules. It is a never ending chat.
