Option to Open New Email in a Tab Instead of a Window

Hi team,
I’m currently using Comm100 and noticed that when I try to create a new email, it opens in a new window rather than a new tab. This setup makes multitasking more difficult and disrupts my workflow.
Interestingly, some of my colleagues have the tab functionality enabled, so I was hoping this could be adjusted on my side too. When I asked support, I was informed that it’s currently hard-coded to open in a new window based on previous client requests.
I’d really appreciate it if you could consider offering users the choice between opening emails in a new tab or a new window. For those of us who prefer to manage everything within a single window, this would make daily tasks much smoother and more efficient.

Hi Melis, you can hold down the CTRL key and open the new email ticket simultaneously. This will open the new ticket in a tab instead of a new window.
