It may be nice to have an insite chat option like Zopim. On zopim, operators do not need to open a new chat page, the chat is on the same chat, and when the operator invite a chat the visitor is automatically on the chat.

I want to be able to take the Standard Comm100 Reports and Export them into a Excel File.
