Dynamic Info in Post-Chat Survey Rating
In the Post-Chat Greeting Message, I'd like to be able to add dynamic info (similar to in Ticketing). This way the rating question can be worded to include {Agent Name} and provide a more personalized rating to the current interaction.

Customize the position of the buttons for Live Chat
I manually created a Campaign for Arabic and the text needs to be aligned from right to left. However, there is no option to customize and change the position for the buttons. (for example, the 'X' button)

Image Sharing via Canned Messages
Hello! It'll be great if we may add .png or .jpg files into the canned messages. We're currently using 3rd party screenshot sharing solutions out of necessity (Like: LightShot, Imgur --> https://prnt.sc/mpwI_s_tUPic ) Thanks a lot, Regards.

Push page must work initially ,during invite
Push page must work initially , It only works once customer accept the chat , sometimes visitor do not response in chat.

History on the Info Tab
I would love if the History section on the Info tab would show 'X chats in last 24 hours' so you can see at a glance that this person has chatted with you several times today and it might be a red flag to review all the other interactions. Currently it has a link for All Chats that will direct to the history but having this more front-of-page would be helpful from a Fraud/Customer Service standpoint.
