Hi team, I’m currently using Comm100 and noticed that when I try to create a new email, it opens in a new window rather than a new tab. This setup makes multitasking more difficult and disrupts my workflow. Interestingly, some of my colleagues have the tab functionality enabled, so I was hoping this could be adjusted on my side too. When I asked support, I was informed that it’s currently hard-coded to open in a new window based on previous client requests. I’d really appreciate it if you could consider offering users the choice between opening emails in a new tab or a new window. For those of us who prefer to manage everything within a single window, this would make daily tasks much smoother and more efficient. Thanks in advance!
